NAVIGATE POWER UTILITY AUDITING AND REBATES


Navigate Power now offers auditing services for utility bills, powered by National Utilities Refund (NUR). Discrepancies and errors in rate codes, taxes, and usage can lead to you over-paying tens-of-thousands of dollars.* NUR can help your business capture refundable money for the following utilities:

NUR AUDITING PROCESS
NUR performs all audits remotely and without the use of your staff. This is a very non-invasive procedure that takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

Step 1: Sign the “Letter of Authorization” that will allow NUR to gather the client's billing history from each utility/ service provider.

Step 2: We will assign a team of professional auditors to start the auditing process

Step 3: The audit team will catalog any errors or discrepancies and present them the client for final approval.

Step 4: Implementation of changes with the utility or service provider will be made. Future bills will remain error free. Refunds will be sent directly to the client.
